Returns and Refunds

Free Size Exchange (available for Italy, EU and UK)

For orders equal to or above €50, a free size exchange service is available, usable once per order.

The exchange is subject to product availability.

You can request:

  • size exchange of the same product

  • exchange with a different product (any price difference will be charged)

The request must be made within 14 days from delivery.

To start the process:

  • access your customer account

  • or contact us via email at info@glamood.com including order number and details

Once the returned item is received, the replacement product will be shipped.


Return for refund

You can return one or more items to receive a refund.

The request must be submitted:

  • through your customer account

  • or via email including order number and items

Once approved, you can choose between two options:

Self-managed return

You can ship the return using your preferred courier to the provided address.

Express Return

Service managed by Glamood.

Italy:

  • drop-off at a collection point (locker or partner location)

  • cost: €7.80 (deducted from refund)

EU and United Kingdom:

  • pickup at your selected address (home or workplace)

  • cost: €9.80 (deducted from refund)


Refund

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Timing:

  • within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the return


Return conditions

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

  • request within 14 days of delivery

  • shipment within 14 days from the request

  • items unused and in perfect condition

  • security tag intact

  • all original labels present

  • original packaging and accessories included

Non-compliant returns will be rejected.


Non-compliant returns

If returned items show signs of use or do not meet the required conditions:

  • the return will be rejected

  • the item may be shipped back to the customer

  • any shipping costs will be charged to the customer
